Vivira Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or contact the shipping carrier.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
