Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
2. Refunds & Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email support@vivira.storewithin 7 days of delivery with pictures or videos as proof.
- Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-receipt of Order – If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 business days, we’ll provide a full refund or resend the item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are non-refundable, including:
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
